Birmingham – We need some help!
With the UK ranking in the top three globally for the highest incidence of allergies and a 154% rise in hospital admissions due to anaphylaxis in 20 years, the statistics on allergies in the UK make sober reading.
At TrustDish, we are confident that our system and core values of creating an allergen-aware culture with hospitality and retail food service can and will save lives and reduce risks.
This is why we are traveling to Birmingham for the UK Food and Drink Expo at the end of April and we would like to connect with as many people in the hospitality sector as possible when we are there.
